Veeam Backup & Replication • Re: questions on v12's new background retention

For background retention, we don’t have an equivalent of a backup window, meaning you can’t natively control on which days the activity will run and on which days it won’t.

However, you can write a simple script that will enable the process on the desired days and keep it disabled on others.
