Hello, for simplicity we recommend patching this vulnerability by upgrading to version 12.3.1, which will advanced build number.
By nature of the hotfixes, they have the same build number as the original versions, so there's no simple way to check the version.
What you could do is calculate a hash of replaced files and make sure it represents a hash of the hotfixed files, instead of original.
