Hi,
I need to rebuid my backup storage this is qnap iscsi disk connected to veeam.
Should I:
1.disable all jobs associated with this storage
2.copy all files and folders to temporary storage
3.disconnect iscsi from veeam (should I also delete this connection?)
4.rebuild nas with new raid
5.connect iscsi on the veeam server
6.name of this new disk the same like it was previous with the same drive letter
7.move back all files and folders.
8.rescan this backup storage in the veeam
9.enable all jobs
And here is my question, are these steps right? What I am afraid is if I connect new iscsi storage on the veeam, there will be new iscsi lun target IQN, so will veeam recognize this drive like this old drive, does it recognize all my backups that I move back to this new iscsi disk?
My veeam is 12.3 with postgresql.
Greetings.
