Veeam Agent for Microsoft Windows • unable to open backup file

good morning,
I am writing because I can't get into backup files anymore, a popup pops up saying “Veem Agent for Windows is unable to open backup files created by Veeam Backup & Replication”.
However, I use Veeam Agent for Windows..

I noticed that I can open my colleagues' backup files but they can't open mine.

can anyone help me? there is a very important file I need to recover and I don't know how to do it
