Voicemails should be already available as part of the user mailbox backup. When you leave a voicemail in Teams, it's saved to the recipient's mailbox under the Search Folders/Voice mails. Hence, when you back up a mailbox, an email with an attached audio file should be protected by default (though, I have never had a chance to try it myself).
