You can work with the USB vendor on how to let windows detect this drive correctly as removable disk.

Entire Computer includes as well the disk that is detected as internal disk instead of a changeable media.
If you can not change this (see above), then you can choose to backup only specific volumes and select all volumes but not the USB disk and backup to the USB disk.
