Good morning, my searches have unfortunately yielded no results, so hopefully someone can help.
I'm wanting to use an NVMe SSD USB enclosure as my backup drive. Unfortunately, when I select it in the backup configuration, I get the message "Unable to perform entire computer backup to an internal disk" - now obviously it isn't an internal disk. Is it possible to fix this? Can I bypass this check and have Veeam use it anyway? I did try looking for the config of my job and thought I could edit the config file directly, but unfortunately couldn't find one.
What's strange is that if I run 'Backup to another location' and choose the SSD, the backup works fine, but obviously this will only be a separate full backup.
I have read I can choose a Volume backup instead of Entire computer which would be a workaround, but is not a recommended solution, so I would prefer to get to the root cause of my issue.
Thank you
