During the protection group rescan, the plug-in collects information about application topology, serializes it in .xml format, and sends it to the Veeam B&R server. The Veeam B&R server saves this information in its configuration database, allowing you to see standalone servers and RACs when you create a new policy. The fact that you only see standalone servers is related to an issue that occurred during the rescan (most likely because we could not detect the RAC scanname), and this issue must be investigated by our support team. Please open a support case and share the case ID with us.
