VMware vSphere • Backup copy network throtling

Hello,

I would like to enable throtling for my backup copy job from LHR to S3 compatible object.
My gateway is my Veeam server.

What should be my source and my destination for this scenario ?

LHR + Gw (Veeam server) are on site 1
S3 compatible is on Site 2

I tried to configure my gateway network as source and S3 compatible object network as destination but it doesn't work. The jobs says network throttling is enable but it doesn't "apply" it because I set 450Mb maximum and the average is more arround 500+ Mb.
