Im still here doing that ticket. Im able to reproduce the problem slow transfer to cloud from ReFS but fast transfer to cloud with NTFS to same cloud provider. They're currently thinking its the cloud provider but I can duplicate this issue between two providers. I think its a slow ReFS read speed problem with the veeamagent. I'd also like to mention I have a Veeam 11 reading SMB from the same ReFS storage that writes to my cloud provider at very high speeds.
