VMware vSphere • Job throughput (all time) graph now in UTC

After upgrading to v12.1.1.56 of VBR I noticed that the throughput graphs popup bubble is now shows UTC, not local server time. This is a minor annoyance and it will be confusing during those rare troubleshooting times.
