Here is the registry key that decreases the period of time to use the same backup file on write, thus increases the offload frequency and ensures faster immutability setting:
Value: SQLPluginStgWriteMinutes
Path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Veeam\Veeam Backup and Replication
Type: reg_dword
