The restore point expires at 1:30:23AM and then should be removed by retention. Retention is performed during the job run, so the next start of the job should remove or merge such restore point; keep in mind that if such restore point for example is a part of backup chain with periodic full backup there will be no merge operation and restore point will be removed together with entire backup chain when the latest restore point in such chain is expired.
