Tape • backup to tape

• Is backup to tape job will make full backup and incremental from main job like backup copy?

• Can we set different retention policy between disk and tape, example on the disk set to 3 days but on the tape set to 30 days?

• If i have 10 VBR jobs, what best practice for backup to tape method? Should i create media pool based on each job, or create 2 media pool one for full backup and the other for incremental?
