Seems you are running your Oracle Linux in EFI SecureBoot enabled mode.
If so try following:
1. Request the enrollment of the public key (it will ask for password input):2. Reboot the machine and following MOK Enrollment steps at boot, User Guide is here. Do not miss "blue screen" catch. Otherwise you have to repeat from step 1.
3. After reboot try to run a job session.
